Adding it to Squarespace

  1. 1In your Squarespace dashboard, go to Settings → Advanced → Code Injection.
  2. 2Paste the snippet into the Footer box.
  3. 3Save. It loads on every page of your site.

Code Injection needs a Business plan or higher — it isn't available on Personal.

Widget not showing up?

  • The campaign has to be Active in the dashboard, and inside its scheduled start/end dates if you set any.
  • If you’ve set a Website URL on the campaign, the widget only runs on that domain (and its www. subdomain) — it won’t load if you’re testing on a different URL, like a staging subdomain.
  • Double check the data-campaign value matches your campaign’s ID exactly — it’s case-sensitive.
  • Open your browser’s console (right-click → Inspect → Console). The widget never shows visible errors on the page itself, but network or config errors will show up there.
